Terms and Conditions
1. Pre-order Items : All pre-order items will be shipped within 9-14 working days (excluding weekends) after payment is confirmed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, logistics handling, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Refund or Cancellation : Once payment is made, orders cannot be refunded or cancelled.
3. Defective Items : We accept returns for defective items. All goods are inspected before dispatch.
4. Size Exchanges : Since our pre-order products are from overseas, we do not offer size exchanges.
5. Out of Stock Items : We reserve the right to cancel any order if the item is out of stock. A full refund will be issued.
6. Measurement Discrepancies : Please allow a 2-4cm difference in measurements due to varying methods of measurement.
7. Product Color : Product colors may vary slightly from photos due to monitor settings, lighting effects, or photo quality.
8. Delivery Damages : Dress Up is not responsible for any damages or losses during delivery. Buyers should contact the courier company for claims regarding lost or damaged goods.
9. Refunds for Expectations : Refunds will not be given based on personal expectations, such as if the item is not as imagined.
10. Exchanges for Defective Items : Defective items can be exchanged only if reported within 5 days of receipt. Claims after 5 days will not be accepted.
